Our Philosophy is simple: We will do everything in our power to find material and major defects (the things that grow costly quickly). We cannot promise that we will find everything, nor is that the goal of a home inspection. But we can assure you that we will take our time and inspect all systems to the best of our abilities, and any limitations that inhibit us from fully inspecting a system will be notated in our report.

Every home, whether it's brand new or 100 years old, has a defect. That defect can be as small as a piece of insulation got pushed out of the way in an attic to something as large as a leak hidden inside of a wall. Our goal is not to find each and every little detail that might be wrong. Our goal is to help you make educated decisions, and to provide a reasonable list of problems that exist in a home prior to purchase.

We have to set realistic expectations. As home inspectors, we follow the InterNACHI Standard Operating Procedures. Not only are they an industry standard, but the State of Florida has built their standards upon the InterNACHI SOP. Every inspection we perform is considered non-invaive and visual. We do not open walls, we do not cause property damage, we do not move large appliances or furniture in most instances.

We do, however, welcome our clients to meet us towards the tail end of our inspection process and ask any questions they might have. We want you to be as informed as possible. If you spot something that you feel is out of the ordinary? Ask us. We'll let you know to the best of our abilities.

Buy Back Guarantee

We take part in the InterNACHI Buy Back Guarantee program. If a material defect was present at the time of inspection and we missed it? You may be eligible for the buy back guarantee through InterNACHI. Defects that did not exist at the time of inspection are not eligible.
